Kristy Cramer Joins Falls & Co. as Controller

Falls & Co. has appointed Kristy Cramer as the agency’s new Controller. With more than 20 years of experience in financial management, Kristy is poised to ensure the continued growth of Falls & Co.’s financial health while adhering to the agency’s core values and beliefs. 

Most recently, Kristy served as Controller at Cleveland Scene for the past seven years, where she demonstrated exceptional financial acumen and a strong ability to adapt to the dynamic needs of the organization. She has also worked as a financial consultant to many local Cleveland businesses in the music, medical and insurance industries. Before arriving in Cleveland, Kristy lived and worked in Tampa, Florida where she was Assistant Controller for an emerging insurance brokerage firm. Her knowledge, adaptability, and people-focused approach that she has displayed in each of her roles make her a valuable addition to the Falls & Co. Team.
