An Assistant Account Executive (AAE) is expected to develop expertise and demonstrate the ability to take ownership of a project, work on a team and focus on the importance of effective communications skills, active listening and timely response. With the guidance and support of more senior team members, the mastery and execution of proactive, high-quality client work produced in a timely, efficient and effective manner is the Assistant Account Executives primary focus. Valuable exposure to and knowledge of the agency’s basic operations, team structure and client service offerings is key. The specific scope of work of an Assistant Account Executive is determined by the individual development and their ability to perform and master the technical aspects of the client-related work assigned to them by their supervisors.
