New Video Series ‘ctrl/shift’ Helps Business Leaders Address Uncertainty in Organizations
Kevin Donahue | December 15, 2023
We’re living in tumultuous times. Every day, we hear new, troubling stories from the wars in Ukraine and the Middle East, unprecedented spikes in antisemitism and anti-Arab bigotry, heated protests and rising violence on college campuses and in American cities, and more.
This worldwide turmoil is challenging organizations in unprecedented ways, especially those with a global footprint. Because a growing number of corporate and nonprofit leaders are reaching out to Falls & Co.’s Crisis Communications & Reputation Management Group for support, we thought it was important to share our knowledge on a larger scale and help senior leaders navigate these uncharted waters.
To do so, Falls & Co. has launched “ctrl/shift,” a new video series that invites industry experts to discuss how global events are affecting an organization’s people, culture, and reputation – and what to do to ensure safety and success for both employees and the business.
The series kicks off with a discussion between our Chairman and CEO, Rob Falls, who has advice on what senior leaders should do when charting their course through geopolitical uncertainty, and Kevin Donahue, managing director of the firm’s Crisis Communications & Reputation Management Group and the host of “ctrl/shift.”
