When Shurtape came to us, they had average brand awareness and needed help. Cue strategic
planning. Our team dug in and found exactly the nugget they were looking for: it turns out pros
didn’t think it was the functional benefits of Shurtape that made it unique, but the emotional
benefit of having pride in their craftsmanship.
Armed with that, we created a new theme, “True To your Work.” We developed new packaging,
trade ads, sell sheets and video content for an internal rallying cry.
