A Cleveland State kid is a different kind of student. They’re not “playing” college -- they’re far more pragmatic. College has a purpose: You get a degree. You get job. You chart your path. College is a little about experience, but it’s more about going to school to succeed and have a better life.

Strategy

We made the CSU story a practical story about connections to industries and partnerships in Northeast Ohio while still showing you can have an experience in the heart of a thriving city. We tell the CSU story through digital and social platforms, connecting with our Gen Z audience in ways that are true and relevant, sincere and authentic to the brand. Every touchpoint shows that Engaged Learning is more than a phrase—it’s translatable to the real world and will help you get what you want out of life.
